1. Download using composer command for zip
php composer.phar create-project symfony/skeleton:"6.4.99" /{{PATH}}/{{TO}}/symfony631/

3. Empty the contents of /var/cache/ folder while making zip, as it contains cache files made by composer which have softpaths.
