1) Install using Classic method(HTTP).
2) Languages to install (Keep default(i.e english)).
3) PHP REQUIREMENT LINK: /config/version.php
4) Keep SMTP details to "NO" in manual installation.
5) We have kept version as 2.3.0 for 2.3.0.2 in info.xml since file from which we import i.e appCore/versions.php vendor hasn't changed the version but he has provided crucial bugfix and security fixes.
6) The script is unable to create any course or webpage on Mysql 8.0.0 (even in manual) hence we have restricted it.
7) Since 4.0.19 version the script was not working on PHP 7.4 and required 8.0 hence we have kept it. https://github.com/formalms/formalms/issues/39
